Situation:
Currently on IEC (working holiday) visa. Ending in February 23st. I want to leave Canada on March 6th and come back as tourist on 25th March.
I would like to stay addition two weeks after my IEC ends and I'm not planing to work. Also I'm not planning to work when coming back to Canada on 25th of March.

Questions:
1. Can I, and if yes then how, extend or obtain my legal stay in Canada after my IEC ends without leaving Canada?
2. Is there any reason why immigration officers would not allow me come back to Canada as tourist right after my IEC visa have expired?

1)see here to extend stay as a visitor, although note this only extends your stay and as I understand cancels if you should leave the country. You should not really stay after your IEC expires without extending officially although for a short time people do take the risk, not a recommendation.

2) there is never any guarantee that anyone here can give that you would be allowed back into the country. No reason to suspect you would not be allowed back in as long as you meet the requirements to enter as a visitor assuming you are visa exempt ,have a return ticket , a reason for visit and if required proof funds. Worst case might be a specific time period and not default 6 months.
