Hi,
My partner and me have been together for almost 1 year now. We've known each other for over a decade and finally decided to meet when things progressed to much more.

I applied for a TRV twice and got refused both times. The 1st time was my mistake as I forgot to add a few things in but the 2nd time, I gave everything I had.

Grounds of Refusal 2nd time - Economic conditions, family ties, travel history. Not satisfied you will respect the conditions of your visa.

She has come visited me 3 times now in a span of 9 months, all because my visa kept getting rejected.

We decided it would be a good idea to apply for a tourist visa at first to test the waters. There was NO way I was going to over stay or do anything illegal. Since she came to visit me, it was only obvious that I would go visit her, right?

So now, we're trying again but I am super super anxious about it being rejected again. My documents are still pretty much the same. I will show more money this time.

I work online and I'm an independent contractor for a company that provides English teaching lessons to kids. So basically I make my own schedule and am not bound by anything. I'm afraid this is what is tanking my application. I don't know what else to do?

We are gay and eventually want to live together in the same country. It's really taxing on the nerves to keep getting refusals like this.

Our 1 year is coming up in 3 months, we can then apply for a conjugal, however, we really want to go the tourist way first, but the fear of being refused is giving us both so much anxiety.

Can someone shine any light as to what to do? If anyone wants more information, I'll gladly provide but this is the crux of it so far.
Dabbling with tourist or conjugal or try for express entry but we really want to go the tourist way first.

Thank you for taking the time to read this.

You'll need to provide us with detailed information about what information / evidence you included to support your TRV application. What evidence did you show for proof of ties to your home country? Funds? How long a trip did you request? Where are you from? Have you traveled to other countries requiring visas previously? What, if anything, did you say about your partner? What did you state as the purpose of your visit?
