I applied for tourist visa along with my wife on hotel booking in the last week of may for spending summer vacation from 16th june to 28 june in canada. No visa was applied for my two children aged 12 years and 7 years. However we did not go to Canada...... for whatever reason. ....now I also want to apply tourist visa for my children.....but I am not getting proper advise.....I am a professional and my wife is tutor....we both are income tax payee.....
My only question is.....if the parents hold a valid visa for Canada......can their minor children get tourist visa....if the parents have not visited the earlier in spite of having valid visa

Generally, parents could be granted TRVs if they apply without their minor children (family ties to return to).

You can certainly apply for your children. Hopefully, you and your kids have traveled together on family holidays to visa countries like the US, UK, Schengen, Australia, NZ, etc.

I recommend you go through this forum for similar cases. You must also include evidence of your strong ties when you apply for your children. This would imply that the children must return with you
