I am from the Dominican Republic. My wife and I have tourist visas, and we want to apply for visas for our children. I would like to know if I need to fill out the representative form since I will be completing the applications. Also, since our children will be traveling with us, what should I answer for the question: "Is your family member currently, or will they be, living in Canada with a parent or legal guardian for their entire stay?"

Fill out representative form. The question is about living in Canada, not visiting. Children show funds, travel history and their own ties to return. Assume you and your spouse have travelled to Canada already and returned to show that you abided by immigration laws since you didn’t apply for children at the same time.

Even if it's just a visit, they will be with me during their stay.

Thank you.
Would I have to sign it myself as a representative and as an applicant?

That is not the question…the question is about living in Canada. Their family member (you) is not living in Canada. You are visiting too. Fill out the form. Minors should not have to sign. Have a realistic itinerary.
