Total Score 67 with ielts band 5.5 (moderate)

Daar All,

My assessed score is equal to 67. included 3 score if my spouse qualification(Matric + 2 years diploma). The details are

AGE 10
EXPERIENCE 21
QUALIFICATION 25
IELTS (moderate level) 8
SPOUSE QUALIFICATION 3
TOTAL : 67
Can any body tell me, either I can file the case under federal skilled class or not.
Is 5.5 band is acceptable for this class.
some body saying that i must obtain 6.5 band in IELTS.
confused about this, help wanted.

You must have at least 1 year experience in 38 category.

IELTS will be accepted whatever points you score.

You must score at least 5.5 in IELTS to get 8 point in Language Ability category to complete total points to 67 out of 100.

You are on border line. If you score less in IELTS, you will not get enough point and you total points will be less than 67.
