I think ur points should be as follows:
Age: 10 pts
Education: 20 pts
Experience:21 pts
Language skills:16 pts

Total:67 pts(which means u are eligible :))

I would still hope that seniors confirm this calculation..........

for listening you will get 2 points rather than 4 points, in L=7.5 and above will get 4 points.
Seniors please comment

yes Sasz is rite......I made a mistake out here......I looked at the overall score of 7 .....sorry...

Thats means u have 65 points nw which is not enough :(

Thanks guys for your responses.

Can't i get 22 points in education?

As mentioned on their website:

Obtained a three-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship (other than university) and completed at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent studies - 22 points

me also a B.Sc in Computer science........but my total yrs of education is 15. The only thing that I know is that if you are graduate than it is counted as 20 pts.

As I said earlier that only seniors can confirm this.

If an applicant has a four-year bachelor's degree and 16 years of education, an officer would award 20 points, as a single two, three, or four-year university credential at the bachelor's level, combined with at least 14 years of full-time study, is worth 20 points.

Thanks for your reply.

These Canadians are crazy. they are giving: 3 yr university degree + 1 yr university master degree = 22 points and 4 yr university degree = 20 points :o

In Canada you can't do a masters after only a 3 year university degree. You must complete a four year bachelor's degree in order to be accepted into a masters program. That's probably why the points are calculated that way. Very few people who studied at the university level in Canada have a three year bachelor degree - the standard is a four year bachelor degree.

Looks like you are 2 points sort mate...if you have got some of your close relative in Canada as PR/citizen then you can have 5 points for adaptability but keep in mind you have to justify your relation through your documentation also.........
