Total number of years in education

IMM0008 Form doesn't accept 17.5 years, either 17 or 18 and my education in total is 17 years and 6 months. i have one diploma for 6 months. So what should i write in total years of education. One more thing in background declaration form, its ask about trade school and i guess my diploma will go there but how can i write in that box. Please help guys

Type 18 in forms. Attach explanation y u typed 18 in for. And what exacyly is ur total # of education.

I think either option would be fine. Writing it manually would however save you having to write an explanation letter !

My logic was: hand written data wil not be transfrred when cic scans bar codes of imm 0008 generic form. it shows what was typed n validated when u print the form.

That makes a whole lot of sense. I don't remember that form asking for total number of years - I was thinking background dec.
