Total fees of sponsorship

Hi I am sponsoring my wife and daughter(aged under 19 and unmarried). I calculated total fees as 75+475+150+490 [right of PR fees]= 1190...Did I calculate right. Please suggest me.

no i have not paid yet...but i think this is the total fees...
