There are various stagestotal duration i meant
From draw result when applicant sure about he/she is eligible ...till time applicant's visa grant
This time i consider
.
There's technically no maximum. We have seen people wait more than a year here.Hello .
From the time applicant gets ITA;
Maximum , how many months generally take long to land into canada?
(Include all medical,security check,interview ...)
Hello , Yes it was complete and usefullThere are various stages
1. ITA- Successful in draw cut off
2. AOR- Submitting application or getting AOR- you get two months from the date of ITA to submit your application. You can submit it within 2 months and the date you submit will qualify as date of AOR.
3. MEP and BIL- 40 to 45 days from AOR, (medical and biometric request)
4. PPR- 5-6 months from MEP/BIL, presume that you get MEP/ BIL on time
5. COPR 10-15 days from PPR, you get stamped passport
6. Now you are free to travel to CANADA
PPR time varies from application to application. This is tentitive. Few get in PPR in 3-4 months but most of them get in 6-7 months from star of BIL/MEP
Hope it answers your query.
Good luck
Hello , thanksThere's technically no maximum. We have seen people wait more than a year here.
Not all asked to undergo interviews. It's case to case basis. As per my understanding, very few need to give interviews.Hello , Yes it was complete and usefull
And in all these steps
Physical interview will be located where?
Where means
In which case applicant should attend physically for interview?
And do all applicants have an interview?
And do you agree all those procedures you've mentioned something around minimum 5 to 8 months takes a time?
There is no single answer to this.Hello , thanks
What are the factors you think cause staying more than usuall ?
Take usuall several months
What is(are) factors should applicant avoid or did to his path get more quickliy?
Thanks

Hello and thanks for Your replyThere is no single answer to this.
During the process IRCC verifies so many details with various agencies. Like the appllicant travel history, criminal background, employee check etc etc. So sometimes the reply from concerned unit gets delayed and IRCC can't approve the application unless they are completely satisfied and sure about the data provided.
But considering everything. The total process from ITA to PPR take around 6-9 months depending on case.
You can't do anything to expedite or avoid delays from your side.
As long as you don't have any criminal or legal battle going or don't have any controversial history. You don't need to worry too much.Hello and thanks for Your reply
I get it , appreciate
Just one thing for clarify
I've read that maybe there are 2 organizations for applicant background
But my question is additional of PCC(you give from that countries you have been Yet)
Really this not clear
How they verify background?
Social media?might be someone took your photo and use it...
How really? If in social media is you ,selrctive things has been put by you not all thinga
I mean do they call to any agency in applicant's country for verify?
Thanks and regards
No you can't contact them. If needed they will contact you.Hello , thanks for Your reply
And for last query
If in the specific situation officer
Will not accept one of the applicant's documents [for example : 1 year of his work/or any other claims]
How officer tells to applicant?and how applicant should self-defence
Does it neccessary in this case applicant ask for physical attend in embassy?
I think one reason could be doubt for officer if ask for coming physically
Thanks
Thanks and regardsAs long as you don't have any criminal or legal battle going or don't have any controversial history. You don't need to worry too much.
Anyway, Canada is an developed country and they have tie up with all other country and they have sufficient resources to do background check. Yes they do have agencies in each country to do verification on their part. That's the reason few applications take more time than others
Thanks and regardsNo you can't contact them. If needed they will contact you.
However during the process. 4-5 months after AOR, you can order something called, GCMS notes wherein you can see what the case officer things about your application. as part of process case officer makes notes for each activity he does on your application.
