At least your file has been transferred... I just got my ATIP report today and my file is still in Sydney, even though the status has been IP since early December.

I have a feeling mine is stuck there as well under non-routine for something as trivial as name split.
My notes from Jan 15 show that my paper application was still in transit. I got IP on Dec 8th. I think it's normal. They probably start processing through GCMS. All information is available electronically, they don't really need the physical application, except for supporting documents.
Name split ? Usually any name or date of birth related changes are handled by the Program Support Unit (PSU). That does make your application non-routine, AFAIK.
Looks like, even now, Scarborough is taking applicants from Mississauga for oath. Really does not make sense to me. There's already a huge backlog of applicants waiting for oath. I'm just waiting to get this process over with, then it's good riddance to IRCC.
I'm estimating our oath to be sometime end of the year or early next year, judging by how things are proceeding. Assuming no RQs.
Does that mean December IP status (at Scarborough) applicants would get test invite in Mar/Apr ? Or later ...
I got IP on Dec 08, and just got my test invite today. Hang in there, it's coming.
