Toronto Immigration | Visitors | No stamping- Parents

Hi,
My parents came through Pearson airport recently, They did they initial immigration check at the primary inspection kiosk (PIK) Machine which generated the receipt. Thats it, they never went through any immigration or CBSA officer, they directly boarded their connecting flight.

I am concerned, will this be a problem when they leave or for their next visit?
Should i Inform CBSA?

I hope their COPRs are still valid. I think they just went through immigration without landing. Contact CBSA asap.

oh. sorry. I tho they entered as PR.
Then there is no problem. Many ppl do not get stamps on their passport. They can stay for 6 months if not stamped.
