TOP UNANSWERED QUERY : Walkin after mailing

Friends,

Tried searching entire forum, this question was always unanswered.

Does Washington embassy allow walkin after mailing your application through post? Since the embassy doesn't answer phone,emails,FAX...wondering if this is an option at all...if you need to get your visa processed or at least collect back your passport as it: s for any other urgent need.

Please share your experience

In DC:

- if you walk-in after mailing, they wont process your application or tell the exact status
- you will get an option to withdraw application
- you can withdraw and re-apply, but the processing time depends. The officer will give a tentative date.

Hello everyone,

I have 2 questions for super visa.

1. For proof of income, is it mandatory to have a permanent role or some one working on contract is fine. I work on contract and thinking to submit my pay stubs and accountant letter as proof.along with bank statement.

2. How important it is to show property or physical assets in parents name?
