instead ask what is the elegibility criteria for above average MBA university.
You need GMAT score card
IELTS 6.5+
above 1st class academic/grades
work experience 2-5 years.
Telephonic interview.(30-60 min.)

still there are few university(low grade) like VIU,TWU,FDU are few of them which dont require GMAT and work experience.
