Too many issues in EE profile. Shall I create new one??

Hi guys,
Please help me / guide me. I am having just too many issues in my EE profile created last September like ....My education, spouses education..etc.
I have raised multiple technical issues with CIC team for 2 months but no response. Tried calling from India but can't call Toll free number ( Tried +1888...001188..00188..)
Would you recommend creating another EE profile and withdrawing the one with too many issues?
would there be any disadvantage if doing so?

First thing to call from india, use Hangouts dailer and dail toll free directly, dont add any 011, +1


its free to call from hangouts dailer, download on playstore(android) or use gmail to call from computer.


Secondly, if u did not receive ITA ... feel free to withdraw profile and create a new profile.


When it asks you " have you ever applied to EE before" : Say "NO" .. I just confirmed with a representative at CIC.

No disadvantage. Making a new profile is not an issue. You can even make two i guess. Anyone in the world can make profile by putting anything in their profile whether thats true or false. But once you are invited and accept the ITA, then you have to prove everything you write on your profile.
