Well today's Friday so it's nothing really got to do with Monday .. If there is a draw there's a draw if not wait till next Friday

I don't know. I'm just saying I don't think they've done draws on weekends that there's a holiday here:- They didn't do a draw on Friday Feb 13 (Feb 16 was Family Day) or Friday April 3 (Good Friday) or Friday May 15th (May 18th was Victoria Day) or Friday July 31 (monday Aug 3 was a civic holiday) But they might surprise people yet!

Monday is a bank holiday here, Labour Day. I don't know for sure but have they done draws on weekends when there are holidays before or do they tend to skip them?

Yea they have conducted draws on inital stages. January 31 and feb 7 which happens to be Sayurday. However, from there on it has been all fridays.

Guys calm down. I think Immigration officials are pretty occupied with Syrian crisis. Also i saw a message on CIC website about technical issues. So if it's not today it doesn't mean they wont be any future draws. It just means it is not going to be today. Even i used to be anxious as you folks but it doesn't help unfortunately. So stop thinking and enjoy your weekend.
