my ielts has been expired i got 2 refusal pf canada study visa i give toefl exam i got 95 point should i re apply my application can i get study permit with toefl

i am worried about approvel of study permit is there any matter regarding i recently applied my application with ielts and then with toefl ? can it will be concerning matter to immigration
If u applied under sds earlier and now with TOEFL it's going to be non sds ..so it can impact ur application .but alot depends on why u are refused earlier
Share ur complete profile like previous education current course and duration previous refusal dates any gap funds and other supporting documents attached with previous application
