its gr8 2 hear dat u got visa...must say quite lucky..i'm new in dis forum n i'm applying under d same code 4131..sent my application to CIo in nov.waiting for reply..
pls tell me are spouse work documents important at d time of filing?my husband is into family business and d business is actually nt in his name...

If your experience falls in NOC list then you can be principal Applicant. You can show your hubby working in a Family concern getting monthly payout from the business..

thanx for ur reply..my profession is very well in d list and i'm making a good score even if i dont get any point for adaptability(spouse).
i'm really confused.how will i show my husband's work status.he's not even filing IT returns.we cant show his income coz the returns of the business donot have any such payment made.. :..is it necessary to show secondary applicants work related documents???will only qualification documents of spouse not work???pls answer if anybody is clear...

what you fill in Spouse Experence & what he do???
Whats his qualification BTW.. If his qualification is good , you can show him as private tutor..
