Yep! Positive! Though, there is always chances for CIC to screw something up at the very last minute if they wanted. However, with what I have seen so far, your decision should be positive and you just have to now relax and wait for the oath letter to arrive. Keep checking your online status as well, as some people have lost the letters in the mail and missed their test/oath due to not receiving letters.
