In father property docs , which docs u sent , like allotment letter, lease, possession letter , transfer deed?

Only experience letter ? have you mentioned your salary and designation on it ? and salary slip or bank account for salary prove?

Father Salary Certificate + Income tax return,
My experience letter (designation here) as well as salary slip (No bank account because my company give cash)

FRC is not necessary basically it is support family information Form. You can attach B-forms and NICs (with English translation)
