Today my ecase changed to DECISION MADE, it's showing

Medical results have been received
A Decision have been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this deision.

Medial sent on 15th November 2009
Passport Sent on 13th December 2009 and received by CHC London 15th December 2009.
Ecase change today 13th Jan 2010 - Decision Made

Is it positive? senior members please advise
