To whom living in U.K and apply for canada immigration

I applied for Canada immigration & I am in the final stage (RPRF )
I want to send the money to my friend in U.K to get bank draft from there and send it to me by DHL ,because no trusted international bank in my country

to whom risedant in U.K and apply for canada immigration or immigrate from U.K ,

1- can my friend do a bank draft for me in Canadian dolor from U.K
2- what is the best bank in U.K to do bank drafting ( in Canadian dolor) from it ?
3- and did i need to have an account in that bank to make a bank draft ?

does your friend have a bank account in uk?? he needs to have a bank uk bank account to make a bank draft. best banks are barclays,hsbc,natwest,halifax,royal bank of scotland. check on google how to make a bank draft in uk

wxys123 mentioned few banks but according to my knowledge LLOYDS TSB is the best coz it has low charges on bank draft etc.
(its my opinion)

important thing is he needs to have a bank account in any bank he goes to make a bank draft
