To what extent can International Highschool Students work ?

Can International Highschool Students work if they are on a study permit ?
Can they obtain an open work permit if one of their parents are foreign workers ? If so,do they have to amend their study permit in order to work ?
Can they do cash-based jobs like lawnmowing, tutoring, babysiting ? Do they require them to submit their income if they can ?

Working is not permitted as a high school student on a study permit. You have to wait until you start post secondary studies.
