Hey guys... My status is Medical Received & Decision Made, and I was waiting a week for email from CIC.

I just checked again my google email, and found that I already got a passport request (a week ago!). However, my passport request was not in "Inbox", but in "Important" folder...
Before I was checking Inbox - and it was nothing there...
So, check your other folders in email (important, spam, etc), may be you already have your passport request !

Could you please tell me from which email id did you get the passport request?

Thanks,Grishan1. I haven't received any mail. Wonder what is preventing cic from sending the mail. It's frustrating as I have gone past 13 months of standard processing time.
 
When did you get Decision Made on your ecas?

Are you using the New Google tabs? I disabled those the second I saw them. They are really annoying and make you miss important emails like that.

Try GCMS notes!

Finally, you can send email to CPP-Ottawa, explaining that your processing time is very above then average, and you are worrying, if you have lost their emails (which were considered as a spam), or something else

I have tried everything, they have been sending me the same standard response "you will receive a letter in your email regarding the decision we have take, meanwhile please confirm your contact details are correct". GCMS notes said COPR in queue, found no adverse info in it.

Same thing happened with me too, my Ready for Visa email was in Important folder instead of Inbox but I found out about it the next day. Thanks for putting it out though.
 
I am on the same boat here. Does anyone have any idea how long the the average time between "Decision Made"/application being approved to receiving e-mail + your passport back?
 
Hi guys
I have a question.
WE HAVE APPLIED AS AN INVESTOR IMMIGRANT QUEBEC PROGRAM.
My status in CIC has changed to Decision made on 22 September 2018. We did medicals on 16 of August and also we paid hanging fee.
But we have not received passport request letter?
What do young? what I need to do?
my visa office is Paris
