I just got married to a Korean nationality in April 2012. We both have no children of our own yet. We both now staying with my family home in Toronto. I graduated in July 2011 and currently a self employed. The problem i think is the amount on my income tax accessment for 2011 is lower than the minimum income requirement for the sponsorship. Would this become a problem for the processing PR for him??
thank you so much in advance for your time and valuable advice :)

The "Sponsorship Elgibilty" section in the guide below says that you should not have any problems.

Should be no problem as there is no minimum income required for spousal sponsorship. You just have to explain how you both will pay for expenses and make sure you do not receive welfare.

They don't consider your income when you sponsor your spouse as they assume that you will both work to earn income.
