Hello all,
I applied on 02.10.2008 for PR under FSW program and my occupation is in on the 38-list. I applied in my home country and got the file number and the receipt.
Do we need to reapply now under the new system to Sydney, NS?
Do we need to reapply with the new forms?
I'm afraid that the people that are between the cutoff and the new rules (like we) will be at the "wrong" place now. Thank you for your thoughts.
And HAPPY HOLIDAYS.

Nothing to worry about if you are on the list. Just sit back, relax and wait for the next shot.

Thanks a lot. Does it true that from now people in my situation should send their application to Sydney NS, regardless of their country location?

People in YOUR situation need to do what I suggested. But NEW applicats would need to send it to Sydney. Hope this satisfies the question.

Yes, at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-how.asp#step3 under 3.

People who applied before the new rules were published don't have to do anything but if you are applying now, you need to read up on the new instructions.
