Is the no of working hours per week/month mandatory information for ref letters. Did anyone report cancellation/refusal based on this.
My employer has refused to give any amended letter or any other document for the same.
All that they confirm is they have mentioned full time employment on the letter and that's more than enough.
How do I put this to the case officer.
