Hi,

I am using a Commissioner for Oaths to notarise my documents. After writing 'I certify that this is a true copy of the original document', do they have to still write the name of the original document, afterall the name of the document is showing clearly on the photocopy, for instance, the photocopy of graduation certificates, employment contracts.. I will appreciate inputs from members. Thanks.

Hi

No there is no need to write the name of the documents just a sentence" I certify that this is a true copy of original... and then sign is enough.

Cheers
