my mom n me just me n her want to immigrate to canada.and my brothers and dad want to stay here in pakistan.is it posible?she doing boutique business and wud wanto open a boutique over there cuz we sent many dresses to ladies in Cnada nd they loved it.do u think u can help me guiding .?

Your mom can apply under a Self-Employed but you will need to meed the criteria, below is the link to the self-employed migration details.

also theres one thing that i want to enquire abt .plz thats really imp
my dad applied on his own under noc 0213 but there are no chances of him getting the positive rep as its a difficult profession.and a guy from standard chartered took extra money from him and said h ll take care of everything but i think that guy is a cheat.
so i wanto know if me n my mum can apply for my mom as a principal applicant.is that possibe.will that be a problem?

u can apply with this boutique business experience but first u have to check whether this experiecne is under 29 NOC list or not. If it is then u can apply by showing your botiques documentation,ur sales invoices,ur export of clothes documents from Pakistan to canada, ur annual turnover (each and every document that can supoort your business geniuness).
