Hi its urgent i am on open work permit and my employer gave me positive pr support lmia and i have been working with the employer for five months untill now can i claim job offer points which are 50 points . do i need to apply for closed permit or open work permit also works to claim 50points

what's the point for LMIA points for another month. I would suggest if your employer is supporting go for PNP rather LMIA. For your question it has to be closed WP.
