Hi, I have a question regarding to become a protected person. My hearing was 18 June 2019. I received a letter 9 July 2019. What’s the date that I became a protected person? From the date of my claim, date of my hearing, or the date of the letter from the Government? Thank You.

After the formation of the Taliban government and the release of prisoners and dangerous criminals, prosecutors face panic and serious threats because the criminals seek revenge as usual ,and amnesty is also an unknown and unbelievable trick of this group. Nowadays we are witnessing the murder of former government employees and the release of recurring criminals, even murderers .
Prosecutors seriously enforced human rights protection laws, anti-corruption counter -narcotics ,and counter -terrorism laws for the protection of human rights and the implementation of democracy to the criminals who committed crimes of murder , violence against women ,rap, membership in the opposition groups, membership of children's rights and the rights of journalists .
We prosecutors detained frequent and dangerous suspects and defendants. We also requested various punishments such as imprisonment, fines and other punishments from the competent courts to them and defended our decision in court .For the implementation of human rights , we did our best. We lost lots of our colleagues and lived in danger .but the Taliban do not recognize the attorney general office in their system because they do not respect the human rights of suspects and defendants and others involved in the case and prefer a field trial to an affair trial . Unfortunately ,civil society activists , human rights commission employees , journalists , and artists have been evacuated from the country urgently , but prosecutors have forgotten in such a situation, and no country ,organization or institution has seriously declared its support for us. We will never stop these lawsuits . if we are not taken care of , us we will never stop we will not consider ourselves victims of human rights , but victims of the trick or treating principles of democracy we will even pass on our voice to future generation how we were left alone

I am very tired of this situation. Every day, the Taliban receive the employees of the former government, torture them and kill them in a mysterious way. This situation has greatly affected my mental state. It's gone and I'm worried about this situation because how long will I live in secret?
Dear Sir and Madam, I thank you once again for helping me and emailing me and giving me hope for life in the future. I am completely disappointed and I am getting more desperate every day, except to wait for my unknown fate, there is no other way for me, although I have complete faith in you that you will not spare me your last effort in order for me to be saved. One day I will be able to live without fear and fear and I will be able to work for social justice, freedom and democracy for everyone and fight against the evil phenomenon of misogyny and violation of human rights.
Let me remind you that I only worked with international organizations that worked to strengthen the judicial sector of Afghanistan, all of them were educational and I have already sent you all their documents.
