To attach an additional documents to GCkey acount

I was requested to submit additional documents, but I could not upload, there is no any link to upload in my GCKEY account.
Is there any other solution to upload?

Yes. You'll need to submit via IRCC web form: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp

Just to double check before you use the web form: it isn't necessarily clear where to upload them on the GCKEY account if you haven't done it before. When viewing your application, at the top of the page there is a 'view submitted application' link. The upload area is on that page.
