baka ganun na nga...ok pala sa Nationwide very accomodatiing...yung ibang clinic kasi ayaw na may nagpa-follow up..kya recommended talaga ang Nationwide...wag ka na magsyado mag worry...ako personally naniniwala na hindi mapapano yung medical mo...meron nmn silang suport system at makakarating yung files mo dun...dont worry

Hi guys! so happy to find forum lyk this, sayang nga lang di ko gad nakajoin dito before kame nagpamedical... me question lang po me we had our medical exam last aug 24, pro d ko alam na 10 below na kids la pala xray kaya when they ask kung ngkaron primary complex kids ko i said yes all the while kasi ang nasa isip ko baka me makita na scar daw pag ng xray tpos ayun since nsabi ko na ngkaron cla nirequire cla and i even submitted certification from their pedia na treated na... possible pa rin ba na magkaproblem ung medical namin?nagsubmit din kame ng certification for their vaccines di nga lang complete... tpos ganun ba tlga i just gave those certification sa table 1 sila na raw bahala im giving them a copy of the medical request from CEM wag na raw ok na raw un...

Hi!I'm a newbie sa topic pro we had our medical August 24... sa observation ko better to be there mga 1pm kasi di na masyado madame tao tpos magfifill up ko ng sang katerbang forms bring photocopy of your passport at least 3 tpos 4 passport size pics white background, then they will check your forms after that payment then start na ng medical exam... 1. eye checkup (bring your eyeglasses) 2. physical exam (interview and breast check) 3. urine, blood test 4. x rays... if you had previous treatments sa mga sakit bring certifications na from your doctor sa kids kasi need vaccines record... hope my info helps

hi i already done with my medical last friday aug.25, bring your passport and also 1 photocopy of it. with 4 pcs. passport size picture. I went there around 2pm. I think it's better to go in the afternoon, less yung tao.you'll fill out forms, then pay 4050 pesos. and the usual physical exam. eye,blood and urine test, and breast exam, lastly XRAy. Hope it could help you
