Its better to postponed your wifes Urine test kasi pag nag negative yan another bayad na naman, ganyan din advise samin nung nasa lab kasi ang wife ko may spoting din during our medical and sabi ng taga lab dapat 7 days after the last spoting. kung bago lang naman ung sa mrs mo malamang ganun din.

Just ask there atleast urine test nalang babalikan ni mrs at tapos na ibang test.

Nagkaroon kasi ako ng history nung college days (pulmonary scar na siya) just want to resolve na ito para matapos na, yung kay mrs anyway minor lang naman nothing to worry. ;D

Nasa checklist naman na kung meron ka mga previous medical results advisable na dalhin for their reference.

If may old films ka baka di kana e request to have lordotic view, anyway tatanungin ka naman ng mag eexray sau kung meron ka history at pag ininform mo cya baka kuhanan ka agad ng other view. Cya naman magsasabi nun, kasi ako wala ako history of medication at wala din ako alam na nagka PTB ako pro kada xray ko lagi nakikita ung scar, kahit nung nag abroad ako up to now same parin. Though sinabi ko un, pro sabi nung nag xray sakin ok lang daw. Then nung bumalik si misis for the urine test nag folow up ako ng result ng sakin meron pang additional request need daw other view kaya pina xray ulit ako. i Sabi ko nga I need to come back to my job site the following week umuwi lang kasi ako for our medical exam dito ako sa Saipan naka base kaya need ko malaman kung ok na lahat. Nagreply naman agad sabi no further request. Then nag follow up ako ulit last friday ang reply sakin is for signature daw ang files ko today (Monday) at sabi mag follow up ako sa Wednesday kung naforward na sa Embassy. Hoping everything is ok.

kamusta yung medical exam nyo? we planned to go today to nationwide, pero nagka lagnat kahapon yung eldest ko. wala na sya lagnat ngayon so if ever eh baka matuloy kami this week. if you don't mind, can you give me the details of the things that will be done? like what tests did they do to you, your wife and kids. ang idea ko kase eh blood work/physical exam(ano ginagawa dito?)/urinalysis/xray. sorry kung mabusisi ako ha?! thanks in advance!

guys, can you give me an overview of the things being done when you undergo the medical exam in nationwide? procedures and details would be highly appreciated. we are a family of five, my wife and i plus three kids aged 9, 6, and 3.

another question is the form that we need to fill up. i received form A (with my photo attached already) together with the medical request. what other forms do we need to fill up? can we download it now so that we can do it at home to save time? or is it only available in nationwide? i am under Family stream of the MPNP.

Same issue kami ni Reytics, kaso wife ko naman nagka scar. Nag email ako sa Nationwide at eto ang sabi.

"Answer regarding the TB: please bring from the treating doctor all data (in detail) regarding the pre- and post-treatment lab tests, the drug regimen/cocktail with the generic names and dosing given and the duration of those drugs. While TB can be killed off and still leave a scar, TB can also reactivate in a "scar". Our work up will start from scratch depending on the findings on the repeat x-ray (and compared to an old chest xray that you might provide). Usually, if a scar is truly a scar, it will not change in months, years or decades. So...bring detailed medical abstract/certificate from treating doctor and try to bring your wife's past chest xray plates for comparison. If we have no basis for stability of the scar (or if the scar now looks active), there is a high chance of doing a sputum test. "

Im here, well first of all your really need to bring black pen to fill up all the forms starting from your own form and then your kids kung ilan man sila but of cors symepre si mrs siya nang magfifill up nang sa kanya. listen carefully doon sa mag oorient kung anung fifill up at hindi only the check marks lang. after that prepare your pictures anyway may mahihiram naman kayong glue doon. then kapag oks na iwan mo sa table 2 and then tatawagan kayo titingnan kung complete ang nafill up mo at complete yung nalagay mong pics tapos wait your name sa cashier then yung na start na. They will call your number or if not your name weighing and height measuring then eyes examination...then wait again for your name proceed sa doktor for physical exam and interview and then proceed to lab for blood and urine and then xray but every procedure you need to wait for them to call you tapos na wait monalang ma sign lahat ng checklist and then way to go home hehehe... kaya lang kami we still need to go back on thursday for my wife urine test kasi ng monthly pd siya... then that the time we really need to pray hard, please pray for all of us guys, only prayers can surpass this trials hehehe...Thanks for all the prayers!

For those who had their Medical Exam in Nationwide Health Sytem and was called back for a repeat X-ray, tanong ko lang po how many days exactly from the date of your medical exam you received a call from them telling you that your X-Ray should be repeated? I had my medical on September 20 but I was asked to return for a repeat Urinalysis, so I went back yesterday (Sept. 29) and luckily na clear na ang urine ko and tinanung ko yung staff na nasa table 1 kung OK na rin yung x-ray namin noong Sept. 20, may hinanap siya sa loob and nung bumalik siya sabi nya yun daw urine ko lang daw and problema pero OK na ngayon, however idinagdag niya sa dulo ng sentence nya, tatawagan na lan ako kung may problema. Nalito tuloy ako, kala ko ala na problema, so tanong ko lang po kung gano katagal sila bago tumawag para sabihin na may problem ang x-ray, kinakabahan kasi ako may ubo't sipon ako noong nagpa x-ray kami. Just email them for follow-up, same tayo ng worries ganun din sakin pina repeat xray ako but different view, kaya ako nagfollow-up lagi kasi pabalik ako ng job-site ko dito sa Saipan and I have only few days before I leave at di pa sure kung tapos na medical ko that time.

Sa email masipag naman mag reply ung incharge. Here are my time line:

Sept 7 - went for medical (me and my wife)
Sept 11 - went back for my wife's Urine test only (dun ko nalaman na need ko ng xray ulit - paid P400)
Sept 14 - Xray was reviewed by the doctor
Sept 14 - @ 5:14pm Nationwide reply to my email that no more additional test to be done
Setp 16- need to go back to Saipan (date of departure)
Sept 21 - my wife's medical was forwarded to Embassy
Sept 27 - my medical was forwarded to Embassy

Now waiting for PPR
