Hi Guys
I received my my file was received on Dec 12 2014 by CIO. But since then I have heard nothing about my file from Immigration my work permit is going expire in 3 months. I applied my file under Provincial nominees for permanent residence. I just don't understand why they are not my file number even though they I have received my file for immigration. I am pretty upset. I got my nomination from Manitoba in Oct. I applied for permanent residence in Dec. Please share some info why they are taking so long to even giving file number.

Don't worry hope soon they send you file number because they are work stop long time soon they start again.

Hey guys!

Hopefully someone can give me some information about the application process.

I applied for Permanent Resident to NL through their PNP program the end of 2014. They have received my application on the 8th of December. I live in the UK and I have an employer who is waiting for me, we have a contract already.

My PNP officer contacted me last week that she will call me to have a chat with me.

If she says I get the PNP nomination and I can send the application to CIC, do I have to wait the whole process to get work permit and PR or can I move to Canada earlier and complete all papers there while I`m already working at my canadian employer?

My flat rent ends here in June, so it would be great to move to Canada right after this.

Please tell me some good news

You apply at a time two file :
1st you apply for working visa.
2nd you apply your PR visa to cic / cio

Both are taking time as per your visa office time limit but i think may be its not possible within june.
its take time 4 to 12 month or more.

Its mean 2 thing:
your file is completed ( you will get passport request soon)
or
your file is rejected ( its not do 99.999% in this situation until security big issue or medical big issue)

Finally Alberta made a good faq, which will help everybody with doubts.
If your question is not there, then search for it on other posts and after searching if you cannot find it, then post your doubt so members can help you

In this moment this program not allow without any connection.

I have sent the docs for Nova scotia on Jan 2015 but i have not recieve any update from them. It takes more than 5 months.
Anybody can help me in this case? I am really worry about that.

MPNP - EOI-SW. Factor 6: Risk Assessment

It says -100 points for "Close relative in another province and no close relative in Manitoba"
I don't have any relatives in Canada at all. Not in another province and also in Manitoba as well.
Do I get -100 penalty points in this case? I'm so confused..
