I have a very basic question and will be very thankful if any of you can reply in detail.
I am from Pakistan and through one consultant have applied for British Columbia Provincial Nomination Program. Now, i have received confirmation from my consultant that your nomination is confirmed and i need to pay another huge payment to him so he can submit my application to CIC.

Do any of you know how can i verify this nomination? he will be sending me soft copy in couple of days. But before releasing his next payment i want to make very sure that the nomination is from CIC and not something he cooked up himself, and that also as a Skilled Worker and not in any semi skilled category.

Please tell me how can i make sure that the nomination i got is true and can be processed further. Is there any online CIC system through which i can verify the nomination letter? Please reply in detail.

Please check you inbox i send you my nomination copy there is you can get that officer name sign post and detail address with phone number email address fax number and phone number so you can call or email them they will confirm you.

I was emal them they were respnd me within 24 hours.(it is for manitobo but i have no idea about your province but i think all are almost same.)

You must contact with your province immigration officer then you pay to your Representative, now your decision.

You may write "missing documents" or "required documents" in the subject line but what ever it is DONT FORGET TO mention YOUR NAME, DoB & APPLICATION NUMBER both in subject line and body.

Hey guys!

Hopefully someone can give me some information about the application process.

I applied for Permanent Resident to NL through their PNP program the end of 2014. They have received my application on the 8th of December. I live in the UK and I have an employer who is waiting for me, we have a contract already.

My PNP officer contacted me last week that she will call me to have a chat with me.

If she says I get the PNP nomination and I can send the application to CIC, do I have to wait the whole process to get work permit and PR or can I move to Canada earlier and complete all papers there while I`m already working at my canadian employer?

My flat rent ends here in June, so it would be great to move to Canada right after this.

Hi Guys
I received my my file was received on Dec 12 2014 by CIO. But since then I have heard nothing about my file from Immigration my work permit is going expire in 3 months. I applied my file under Provincial nominees for permanent residence. I just don't understand why they are not my file number even though they I have received my file for immigration. I am pretty upset. I got my nomination from Manitoba in Oct. I applied for permanent residence in Dec. Please share some info why they are taking so long to even giving file number.

My documents are ready for Novascotia nominee program. plz tell me how much time the entire process will take to get PR. In how much time will i be recieving the file no. How much time we need to live in nova scotia after PR and then we can move to other place?

Kindly tell me one more thing. I have heard word of mouth that Qubec program is not have any criteria for french points now, you can apply on english points only and its fast immigration program and if you want to move to other province from Qubec, you can move after spending 3 months over there?
Plz help me in taking the right decision.

I hope you can provide guidance here. Planning to apply to the Manitoba PNP->Manitoba Support. However, I have a dilemma in terms of Adaptability -> Social Ties.

I have an Uncle in Manitoba. Not sure if he still qualifies as my "uncle" because his father is the brother of my grandfather, on my mother's side. Sorry if this is confusing.
At the least, this relation should qualify as a "friend". Is my assumption valid?

On the other hand, I have 2 Aunts and 1 Uncle in Ontario who are siblings of my mother. But Ontario does not have a program similar to Manitoba's. If they had, I would've been in Canada a long time ago.

My basis: The MPNP reserves the right to refuse your application if you cannot demonstrate your connection to Manitoba is stronger than your connection to another province.

Anyone's feedback is highly appreciated.

Your this uncle maybe they will accept as a friend (please download and read guide) because he is not your first blood.
If you had stay in manitoba so its ok but if you did stay other city / province then problem.

May be get time file number 3 month (i got my file number after 5 month)
After PR you will not move before gating passport its like 3 to 4 years. because after 1000 days you can apply to passport.
I have no Qubec idea.
