Hi,

I applied online for renewal ng wp from food attendant to supervisor same compny inside canada. Kaya lang lampas n ng processing date yung permit ko which is 30 days so i call the call centre s CIC at sinasabi nila na wla dw ako NAME s LMO kaya hindi maprocess...ang LMO ko is unnamed postive LMO dati naman same format ng LMO ang pinapasa ko at wala ako nagiging problema. Sabi ng agent s call scentre dapat dw magpsa ako ng LMO n my name ko. I am so confused kc kung online nmn at my problema dapat db nagemail sila skin regrding this matter. pero wala ko narereceive. Pinasa ko application ko aug. 8 at kaialngn dw maayos ko before oct. 8

Need advice po sana regarding this matter.
