I have also always replied/sent info to the email you mentioned. Now I see that the one with the word "enquiry" is the one that they stated in emails you should send correspondence through. Wonder why they do that, if some people send through the other one and it is not really a problem, it seems?

This is general email for the mexico visa office. They forward to the appropriate department. The one i mentioned above is the emakl address the visa officers use to correspond. You will get an auto reply as well.
