Work history form...did you enter those 2 months? If yes what country and region you selected for that work

I declined my ITA as the work I've done in Canada is via staffing agencies and they consider the arrangement to be as an "independent contractor" even though this is not always the case.

My employer is present in Canada...so i dont think this point is applicable on me

My 'employers' are also present in Canada - you just have a different situation.

For what it's worth, the question you need to ask is, the income you derived during your stay in the U.S. - was this still sourced from the Canadian company? If so, you would be still be taxed as normal by the CRA and thus would be fully entitled to put this on your EE profile / e-APR

Yes it was from Canadian Company and i was taxed on that....

Then this would be considered Canadian revenue by CRA - there's no break in 'employment, you are still working in the capacity that your Canadian employer engaged you for and therefore I would say that you're fine to include that in your EE profile
