Is it okay to include a title page for each part of my application? It just simply states the form number and what is contained in each paper clip

Has anyone else done this?

You don't need to, they will know what is what. If you put it together in order of the checklist I am sure it will be fine. I did put post it flags on mine to separate the forms though, but I didn't label them. Paperclipso will work just fine though.

I have already added the title pages, I just want to be sure this won't create a problem!

Place forms according to checklist.
For supporting documents, we created a cover page with the list of documents. And assigned a Document Reference number to each item in the list of supportingg documents. These doc ref numbers were then mentioned on thrh small florescent colored labels we stuck on each supporting document.

I dont recommend doing this for the main forms.

We had a separate bunch for the supporting documents rather than attaching them to individual forms because a number of supporting documents related to multiple forms/additional explanations.

I added a title page like this for example "IMM5532E" at the top of the page and then "letter included" about half way down the page

Under the old application, I only added title pages in my proof of relationship section, breaking the proof down by month. With the way they want proof of relationship now, there's almost no reason to have title pages anywhere. When I did it, I was including documentation that went over the course of a year showing that we were in a relationship (social media, receipts, travel tickets, etc.) That was the only place in the application that I felt it was necessary. With the way they want proof now, I wouldn't bother. They'll figure out what's what, and just be annoyed that they have to pull stuff out that they don't want.

I just want to be positive they get any letters I attach to my application

Title pages aren't something that will cause my application to be returned are they?
