Trolls are posters who's comments are meant to disinform or make fun of others for their own entertainment. There was a member here that would only post derogatory comments and belittle people wherever he could. Haven't seen him here for a while. Maybe he got booted.

I guess statements like this is trolling then:

"you are too busy exploiting the Chinese workforce"

to exploit:
2.to use selfishly for one's own ends: employers who exploit their workers. (My Chinese wife pays our workers twice as much as other companies in the same industry cause I don't want them to go else where.)

Just wanted to note that there is a biiiig difference between starting an argument and defending ones own beliefs or rights.

You made the comment that you are too busy making money to spend anytime here. So if you are making money that means someone else is doing the work. If the average Chinese worker makes $2/hour and you pay them $4/hour how is that still not exploiting their labour? Just curious.

So I guess Canada Post, Canada, and almost every other business in this world is exploiting its workers. It depends on how you look at it. That being said most of my workers make 3k plus Canadian a month.

Canada Post as well as every other corporation does exploit its workers. Corprations have no moral imperative. They exist only to make a profit by any means necessary. If the minimum wage was adjusted to rise at the same rate as inflation then the minimum wage today would be about $20/hour. That is about what the average wage is in Canada. The minimum wage is half that.

Well for me it would have been Sir Frederick Haultain....although he was the premier for the NWT which Alberta was a district of at the time, he was the first premier to start the campaign for provinces of the west. And although his original goals included both Alberta and Saskatchewan to become a province named "Buffalo", it was his persistence that eventually swayed prime minister Laurier to implement the 2 provinces...

Now....when speaking about the best thing that ever happened to Alberta......seems to me it doesn't get better than that.

Believe me if you ever own or 'control' any rice fields in PH, I guarantee you that you will NOT be doing the work. And as I understand it the rate paid to the workers is arbitrary... no one asks for more, no one pays any less. Hmmm, perhaps now I'm an 'accomplice'.
