I had 1 year and started to push them, they sent me new IME request and gave me PPR in 4mon
so total waiting time is almost 3 years

After winning the appeal on April 2019 , case processing center have just asked for my mother's Updated schedule A , New Medicals , new police Checks , and new additional fam information form , she received the email from embassy in Mexico City on August 12th ,2019
