Thanks Yulia. Yeah I know but I have also heard about IRCC can extend the medical for extra 3 months if rest of the file is complete. 3rd time medical and police certificate for crying out loud. What do they expect we have money lying around.

Yeah that would probably work. I asked them to have it done in hopes of that its the last medical (thats what I thought the last time )

My journey has ended, parents landed early April, got SIN and Health card, waiting for PR card.

Altogether took around 3 years (they could come early, had to deal with something back home).

Hi guys my application for my mother was received on Jan 4th , 2016 , then I didn't pass the sponsorship(October 2016)
Application due to not meeting the min income on 2012 year ( short by $400) .
I received the final refusal letter on May 18th ,2018 from the Canadian embassy in Mexico City . Then I filed an Appeal and after a long back and forward process.. I happy to share that my appeal was approved by the IAD and CBSA (on April 11th ,2019) my mothers app is now being sent back to Mexico City to resume processing. Congrats to all the rest that went trough this process smoothly, God bless you all

I don't have much experience as some of our friends in this forum, but logically you should at least let them know about your situation and that you will be doing your medical after the provided time period...

just copy to your own SS and use filters, i have to lock it to avoid a mess

4. We sent you medical instructions on August 29, 2018. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
5. Medical results have been received.

Usually it takes less than a month, you can link your application to My CIC account and check there or call them
