CPC-O Email Address
Email all Documents to: CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca
Email RPRF to: CPCO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca

Only if your LVO is Ottawa.

Thank you.

Another thing if i remember you were asked at some point for photographs ?my parents have never been asked for photographs but in case if they are required later then i can send it now with PC and schedule A ? what specifications and how many they need ?
PR Photo Guide: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/pr-card/apply-photos.asp
PDF Link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/pdf/5445EB-e.pdf

I was asked to submit 2 copies of my mom's photos (not more than 6 months old) along with the PPR. Make min 4 copies if you want to send them in advance.

Another thing is whenthey fill the application, they wrote my Canadian address as they were here though they never stayed here more than 6 months ,do i need to change their address by going online ?
It really doesn't matter changing address back n forth (Canada n Home country).

My status says:

Background check Not applicable.

What does this mean..... no background check required or status will change in next few months to background check reqd / in progress?

Thanks

Since the wording has recently changed for MyCIC updates, I'm guessing Not Applicable means "Not Started Yet".

In the ECAS the status for my parents application changed to Decision made today.

No updates or messages on MYCIC as of now. Anyone experienced the same?.. I have generally seen MyCIC to be more accurate and up to date till now. Any thoughts guys? Do you think it is a fluke?
My timelines as of now are

Medicals done end of Oct 2016.
RPRF paid mid of Nov 2016
PCC(India ) was sent end of Dec 2016
PCC (FBI) sent Dec 2016 for Mom and Feb 2017 for Dad
PCC (Canada ) sent Jan 2016 for Mom and Dad
