Usually, the photographers have an English stamp. If they don't, they can even hand-write in English according to. I would suggest to find a studio in Russia who are willing to do that.
In case it's stamped in Russian, I don't know what to do next.
I said it few times already. For my mom, I tried to match personal history with addresses/education/work so that everything lines up without any conflict. It doesn't have to be bang on. All they want to know that your parents did not visit a country which is a potential threat to Canada, were not involved in any suspicious activity/organization etc.

Thanks alot Rossei, one more question, in the letter that they received(to which schedule A was attached to) it states:

- provide fully completed Schedule A forms (attached) for you and your spouse including your personal information from the age of 18 onwards (without gaps), i.e. box 8 and 12

but inside schedule A, it states from age of 18 OR last 10 years, whichever comes first...

Should they fill last 10 years(as per schedule A), or should they fill from 18 years old, as email suggests?

No. Looking at this forum, there are many people including me who have still not receive SA. I am not sure how CIC is randomly processing the applications.

As per the official website, they are processing applications from Jan 2014. I looked at Rossei's spreadsheet for 2015. People mostly got SA after 1.5 years.

Thus, I don't see any rush or any issues. It's all waiting game.

That's is the biggest mystery. What order are they following?
If I was a 2014 or 2015 PGP Sponsor, I'd be cross.
But, since I'm a 2016 sponsor still waiting for SA, it all waiting....patience.
Now, if the 2017's start getting SA before me......

First, you already submitted Schedule A for last 10 years before.
Secondly, why would CIC ask for another same Schedule A (last 10 years) if they were satisfied with the first one?

So, follow their instructions and fill it out since age 18.

Not likely.

CIC updated the last forms in November both for 2015 & 2016 applications. So, it's likely they would do the same this year as well. Only for 2014, CIC updated the forms very late in December and hence some applications were returned for not using the latest forms. Mind you, 2014 was the first year that all the criteria changed and CIC re-opened PGP program. So, they were in some kind of rush - I assume.

Dhonybad ;D

Another question regarding IMM 5768. I know it's going to be updated but the context of my question may very well remain.

Regarding Question 8. Minimum necessary income - there is only one box provided that has to be filled by the applicant. However, there are three years worth of income sufficiency that needs to demonstrated against that specific year's income by the Sponsor. So my question is - which year's minimum necessary income [2013 / 2014 / 2015 (yet to be published)] should I put in the box?

Thanks. I have one more question.

Which criterion will be used to determine my financial sufficiency -

Case 1: Income 2013 > MNI 2013, Income 2014 > MNI 2014, and Income 2015 > MNI 2015.

Or

Case 2: Income 2013, 2014 and 2015 each individually have to be greater than MNI 2015.

I realize that the maximum family size over the previous 3 years will have to be considered.

in general, each individual year, you should meet the income criteria.

Sorry, Kilamans. I'll try again...with numbers.

My family size is 5 [Myself, son, wife + father (Principal Applicant) + mother (spouse of PA)]

MNI for family size of 5 -

2015 (calculated - LICO+30%) - 66,654 // 2014 - 64,791 // 2013 - 63,833

Question - in order to qualify - does my income for 2013, 2014 and 2015 has to be greater than the MNI for 2013, 2014, and 2015 respectively, OR do the incomes for 2013, 2014 and 2015 have to be greater than the MNI for 2015?

no no each individual year income should meet the respective year & income in table

Income 2013 > MNI 2013, Income 2014 > MNI 2014, and Income 2015 > MNI 2015.
income for 2013, 2014 and 2015 has to be greater than the MNI for 2013, 2014, and 2015 respectively

i got your question, hence i updated my previous reply too, hope i was clear

I am not questioning what you said and I think the Case 1 you selected is the reasonable choice, but my interpretation of what is on IMM 5768 seems to suggest that the Case 2 is the criterion applied by CIC.

Q8. MNI - 2015

Q9 - Total income available to sponsor - Add amounts 16 (h) and 19 (h) and enter total for each year. If this amount is less than the amount of the
minimum necessary income above, you do not meet the sponsorship eligibility requirements. Do not send your application.

Wouldn't the wording in Q9 suggest that the annual incomes from 2013, 2014 and 2015 each has to be higher than the MNI of 2015?

Thank you tweetyishere.

For the first few years after my parents get their immigrant status, they would like to come and stay for just a few months every year. That's because it will take time for them to sell their house and be ready to completely move to Canada. I know that in order to keep their immigrant status, the total time they are in Canada should be at least 2 years out of 5 years. For example, if they get their immigrant status next year, they will come and stay for 3 months then go back. The following year, they will visit again for about 3 months. They will continue this until the 5th year when they will move here completely.
Is this possible?

Also, once they get their immigrant status, are they supposed to make new passports as immigrant right away? I remember that i made a new passport at Korean Consulate here in Canada and it looked different from my old passport. Or can they keep their current one and get a new one in Korea when they current passport expires?

Could anyone give me advice on this?

Anyone? My eligibility depends on getting the right information and I would like to know over the weekend where I stand. Someone please share their thoughts on the MNI question I have quoted above.

Well it should be greater then the minimum for every corresponding year. Touch wood I am a successful sponsor for 2016 and in my case my 2013 income was more than the required income for 2013 but less then by few hundred for 2015. So Kilamans is RIGHT. :)
