Hi, I am confused about the address for sending the documents (PCC) to Singapore VO. Anyone has sent documents to Singapore VO through FedEx or DHL? At the bottom of the email from Singapore Visa office, it has a street address and a mailing address. Which address should I send the documents to? Fedex/dhl website showing that they can not ship to the mailing address (with PO box).

We were told to submit the PCC by 30 days, we have started the process but not sure whether will get it that soon. Should I send the explanation letter now or wait till 25~25 days? Thanks

CIC says their standard dialogues...2011/2014 applications are currently in process...you have to wait...and they cannot help confirm anything yet...there is no way to get an update for 2016 batch as officially...2014 is not in process...though they know that some of 2016 are moving ahead with SA, PPR etc...GCMS wont give any info as they are yet to review our docs...
Hi dcchoudh! It is sad that till date you and some other forum members are not in receipt of SA. I understand your situation but nothing I can say but to keep patience and pray GOD for your faster processing.

This is the explanation when you got a DM in your ecas if you sponsoring a member of a family livingoutside canada:

Sponsorship and Eligibility Status Determined
We have made a decision on your sponsorship application. We will inform you in writing of the decision.

Application Forwarded to Visa Office
We have forwarded your application to the Visa Office for final processing. Quebec residents please see the relevant diagram.

Sponsor Advised of Decision Made
We will inform you in writing of the decision made on your sponsorship application. We will send you a Permanent Resident Kit that you will need to forward to the family class relative you are sponsoring.

It means they gonna send us (sponssor) PR kit that we need to send to our parents? Or this is not applicable to us. Just confused.

Among those who did not get SA yet have you tried to call CIC or anyone requested for GCMS notes?
I think there should be something wrong with our applications... We need to know ASAP to decide if we are going to apply again in 2017

I had a friend who applied for PGP in 2014 and got first AOR but they rejected her eligibility last month! it took then almost 3 years to reject her application after giving her file number in 2014 :-\

Do you know why they rejected her eligibility last month? What was the reason?

After getting the decision made thing yesterday.. I saw a new line got added to Sponsorship Application Status.. so here is what ecas shows now

Sponsorship Application Status

1.We received your application to sponsor XXXX on January 4, 2016.

Dependents listed on the application are: XXXX .
2.We started processing your application on May 12, 2016.

Permanent Residence Application Status

1.We received XXXX application for permanent residence on January 4, 2016.
2.We started processing XXXX application on August 12, 2016.

They told her that her 2010 income was only $54 short!!!

If that's the reason they provided and if it shows true, then it's time valid reason for rejection...this can happen to anyone...

You can send to any address.
- If you choose Fedex/DHL/UPS or similar courier, they won't deliver to PO Box address. So, you will have to send it to street address of SVO. (I sent this way)
- If you choose EMS (by CanadaPost), you can deliver to the PO Box address.
