Sa=Sponsorship Approval. It usually comes before requests for medical exmas, police certificates etc. You couldn't update the spreadsheet (only Rossei has the right to do it). You can add your info to the spreadsheet tab which is called "New Entry".cmextreme said:

It's quite funny that they never send me any first stage acknowledgement. After mailing out the package, I felt that the application has sunken to the bottom of ocean while all of my friends got either acknowledgement or some approval sorts. I saw the fee got charged in March and that's everything I had before I got this SA letter notifying SA and file transferred to Hong Kong.
Can't catch up with their speed now ??? so stressed out

My application to sponsor my mom was received on Jan 4th, 2016. I got a file number on May 16th. On July 14th I got an email saying the following documents are missing:
-> IMM1344(08-2014) E (Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking): An original and completed Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking (IMM 1344) bearing original signature(s). A copy of the original is required.
> Financial Eval. Form IMM5768: For the period specified, provide a completed Financial Evaluation form (IMM5768)
> Option C Print: For the period specified, provide an original OPTION C-Printout
I have already submitted the IMM1344 and IMM5768 with my original application received on Jan4th. I did not submit Option C (Submitted NOA instead). I am wondering why they are asking for these forms again... Has anybody been asked to submit forms they did submit already?

Nope, but my file was sent there only on July 6. I am sure if it was sent to Moscow I would have to wait for 5-6 years of fly there and pay $$$ to get it moving.
