I am so sorry to hear that. I know how bad you could feel. For me was not easy either. I didn't make the cap last year. And this year Fedex delivered my documents on Dec 31. Luckily I managed to send a copy of documents again. I hope you guys can make the cap too.

Congrats. Actually as much as I am happy for you, I feel bad about myself as one of Purolator 9:43 batch people. Apparently they have lied!

I'm from the Purolator/9:43 batch. I see the following in the tracking details:

Jan 4, 2016 9:43 a.m. Mississauga (east/est), ON Shipment delivered to TAMMY at: MAIL ROOM of CASE PROCESSING CENTRE 2 ROBERT SPECK PKY L4Z1H8
Jan 4, 2016 8:58 a.m. Mississauga (east/est), ON Appointment required for delivery, receiver will be contacted to reschedule
Jan 4, 2016 7:48 a.m. Mississauga (east/est), ON On vehicle for delivery

The "appointment required for delivery..." entry is likely a lie as I believe there is no such thing.

Has anyone called Purolator to complain?

Does anyone speak Chinese? It sounds like this guy claims he did not see the Purolator truck there: goo.gl/gNV5iW (sry.. I can't post links so just add http)

You bet we have. But we are all hoping that at the very least they got in before the 10,000 cap.

Both my friend and I got our CC charged Mar 5 and we were Fedex Jan 4 920AM batch..... now waiting for the email or eCas update, lol!!!!!!!yay!!!!!

Just spoke with my credit card company and a charge from CIC CPR was made today for $550!! I was in the Fed Ex 11:50 am delivery.

Have they started returning the applications over the CAP ( 10000)? Just saw a SS under NewEntry tab filled by Lahorimunda that his application is returned on March 9th.

It seems that my worry came too early. My credit just got charged for $1100 from CIC CPR - CIC RTC. Finally after 3 years with 3 attempts!!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Have they started returning the applications over the CAP ( 10000)? Just saw a SS under NewEntry tab filled by Lahorimunda that his application is returned on March 9th.

That might not be true because CIC probably did not reached 10K cap...it might be because the app was probably incompletely, hence returned...The reason behind me saying the same is because...for 5K-10K apps, they started charging just from last week onward and it takes approximately a month for them to charge 5K apps...also also people are getting charged as of today.

Yes, my friend who works at an immigration agency told me the same thing. They started returning apps that did not reach the cap yesterday. I just have to check the mailbox today.

I am not sure about the authenticity of these messages...because of the following...just my thought. No hard feelings.

I think their apps were returned because of any incompleteness (just a thought)...else the below doesn't stand true.

1> People got charged even today...so if they started returning apps yesterday because the CAP reached 10K...how are they still charging (even today).
2> In 2015 and Jan 2016 , it took almost 4 weeks to charge 5K apps...do you think they charged next 5K in 9 days? CIC officially announced on 26th Feb regarding increase of next 5K.

We will see what happens over the next couple of days.
