but according to ya61x witness, Puro was not even in line at 10am for 9am delivery, while UPS/Fed were... so what happened?

Purolator didn't try at all. What he did was exactly"oh line up is too long, i'll come back after my lunch." I called Purolator from 11am-2pm. The customer service representative kept saying "Our guy is waiting in the line now" Suddenly (around 2pm), the website updated "delivered at 9:43" Do you believe that?
Our destinies were treated like trash by Purolator - such a cheater.
 
are only first 5000 being processes yet and for the rest 5000 are they still waiting for any order?.....or are they procesisng all 10000. If 14000 reached till Jan 7, then that means 10000 were reached Jan 5. I am from Purolator 9:43 Jan 4 batch........still nothing ....i called bank ...dd not yet cashed......if purolator have messed up here ...i will make sure the lazy driver no longer work with them .....will even reach to CEO ...this is absolutely BS from the driver....i have seen the online signatures by tammy...they are there but wat abt actual time............
 
Am totally sickened by this whole Purolator mess. When you pay a premium for a 9am service and get a after-my-lunch-break service, heads need to roll. Delaying this application has serious implications for people. Who do I call? >:(

This is the response i got chatting online with their csr.......she mentioned line was long driver came back and then went back....what a crap .....this ridiculous .......

I do not know why you were told that information. I know that day, there was a weather delay, and alot of deliveries were late. It could be why they estimated a delivery time. Sorry for that information. I really do apologize.
 
Received AOR today. Purolator same day service. 10:44 delivery Jan 4.

Looks like same day batch was outsourced to a local company....
 
live chat purolator is filing report with local depot manager on that day for investigation ...talk to them and tell them to file rport and investigate ,...i have done
 
I just called Purolator customer service and asked them that when i chatted with an online agent in between 1 pm and 2 pm EST on 4th January, 2016, the agent said that the guy is still in the line-up for delivery with 700 packages and then how come the delivery stamp is 9:43 am.

The phone agent gave me a confirmation number and told me that I will receive a callback from the depot within 1-2 business days.

Let's see what they have to say about it now.
