Quebec residents have NOA too.
Or they dont require you to submit NOA?
I have NOA too lol)
But Quebec residents do not need provide NOA at this stage. After sponsorship approval we will send NOA to Quebec CIC (or how they call it).

I think it should be fine...even i have provided colored photocopy of affidavit of my parent's marriage, with a letter explaining the same and mentioned that I can provide the original if required as part of the process. I did similarly during my PR process and CIC did not ask me anything further details later...example...my wife's PCC...provided later with a letter mentioning the reason of delay...and submitted the same a month later as soon as i received it.

That is a huge relief! I was told that since the competition for PGP is too high, they would be very picky. But I hope they won't be this picky! Thanks :)

They were picky back in 2014. Since CIC were rejecting application for not providing latest forms etc., they even accepted application that had been received on Jan 21, 2014. Things have been changing since last year as this has become a human race. CIC doesn't have the luxury anymore to check everything rather skims through the form/docs you sent and proceed with payment.

BTW, I'm truly overwhelmed with the donation you're giving. This is way out of my expectation. Thanks to all who donated and special thanks to NikkiMontalvo and YULIA-2016 for the idea. :)

Hi, Rossei, endless questions still at this stage of waiting,

IMM 5406 form, I used the right form code and version, but downloaded in Nov 2015, by then some boxes don't have enough space to type in such as long address.

Only concern for me is My mom is the principle applicant her address is too long to put in, I wrote as much as space I can use, but not complete. Is will be considered incomplete form and be rejected?

As she is principle applicant, her full address is on the IMM 0008.

I am so stupid to follow the Guide, The fact is I sent BOTH (Fee payment Form AND Receipt print out with barcode on it, So what will be happening?

1 Rejected? 2 Proceed another payment, ignore the receipt print out (Claim refund later by me) or 3. use the receipt instead of charging again?

Step 4. Submit the Application

Mailing instruction

Put your forms along with your receipt and all the supporting documentation in an envelope and mail it to:

Recipient (centre of the envelope)
Case Processing Centre - Mississauga PGP
Parents and grandparents sponsorship
PO BOX 6100, Station A
Mississauga, ON
L5A 4H4

Is there anyone looking to this issue that care to share with me?
I am applying to sponsor my parents. In the process, i will move to Quebec. What would happen? Will quebec law apply in the end? Or federal law? Do I have to apply CSQ?
Thanks
