Quebec residents have NOA too.
Or they dont require you to submit NOA?

Nothing yet. I still see a lot of HR people haven't been charged yet. Not sure if they haven't updated or not really charged yet. I am guessing VW users (on the SS) will start getting charged soon.

People here said it takes 3 months to get AOR from CIC that application has been accepted.
